Even though we have all been trained to think that the gym is where you go to get your body in shape, this isn’t always the case. For example, Bruce Lee was one heck of a strong guy, and he didn’t have the benefit of using a modern gym. Instead, he worked out using his body and minimal basic equipment. Following in his footsteps is a challenge, but with a little self-discipline, anybody can become super-strong without a gym. A basic routine involving calisthenics, isometric exercises, motion and flexibility work (such as yoga or martial arts) and balance can build your strength to impressive levels, so keep your money in your wallet and start those sit-ups.
