Professional Janitorial Service (PJS) was recently found to be inviolation of National Labor Relations Board violations. The order was made on December 17 and could ultimately cause multiple property managers throughout Texas who use PJS. They will definately see increased maintenance costs, to begin paying standardized labor rates and pay PJS’ legal bill, in order to continue to use PJS. PJS had fought the SEIU for years and has finally been beaten. PJS will now have to recognize the SEIU and begin paying their staff more respectible wages. You can read the entire story on the National Labor Relations Board website.
