This purchase fulfilled the urgent need for the buyer to expand its business and consolidate from numerous Houston-area locations into one. This former bottling warehouse was the last of five different properties that Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages has sold off since their transition into their 1 million-square-foot facility at Pinto Business Park in north Houston.
